We trained for years.

We spent years training seriously and a significant amount of money on supplements over that time. For a long time we trusted the labels, trusted the marketing, and assumed that if a product was on the shelf it was doing what it claimed.
It was only when we started reading more carefully that we realised how much of this industry is built on noise. Underdosed ingredients that technically appear on a label but have no clinical backing at the amounts used. Proprietary blends that group everything together so you never know what you are actually getting. Bold claims backed by nothing.
We decided to build something different. No Hype Nutrition exists for one reason. To give people who train a supplement they can actually trust.

Manufacturers group multiple ingredients under one total weight so you never know how much of each one is actually in your capsule. It is a way of hiding underdosing behind a marketing term.
An ingredient can appear on a label at a fraction of the dose required to have any effect. It looks impressive. It does nothing. This is one of the most common and least talked about problems in the industry.
Huge advertising budgets, celebrity endorsements and aggressive claims have nothing to do with what is in the capsule. We spent our budget on ingredients, not influencers.
Every ingredient in The Daily Foundation was selected because of data, not trends. If the research does not support it, it does not make it in. Simple.

If an ingredient cannot justify its place in the formula with evidence it gets cut. The Daily Foundation has been through multiple rounds of critical review to make sure every single capsule counts.
