2. Products and Supplement Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, ingredient information, pricing, images, and content are accurate. Due to differences in device displays, product appearance and colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

Food supplements sold by No Hype Nutrition:

• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

• Should be used only as directed

• Under 18

You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your personal circumstances before purchase and use.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders

• Limit purchase quantities

• Restrict orders suspected of resale, fraud, or misuse

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund. You confirm that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. Opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide valid and current payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

• Charges will be honoured by your payment provider

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

5. Subscription Services

Where subscription services are offered, the subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed at checkout. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before your next renewal date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription services at any time. Any changes affecting pricing or billing frequency will be communicated in advance where required by law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@nohypenutrition.com. Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Returns and Cancellations

UK consumers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original factory-sealed packaging

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services — including branding, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, website design, and code — is owned by or licensed to No Hype Nutrition Ltd and protected under intellectual property laws.

The "No Hype Nutrition" name and branding are protected by trademark rights and pending UK trademark registration.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or modify any content from the Services

• Distribute or republish content without our prior written permission

• Exploit any content for commercial purposes

Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. All purchases made through this website are transactions between you and No Hype Nutrition Ltd.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold through the store, order fulfilment, refunds, product claims, or any injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchases.

You agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from claims relating to transactions with No Hype Nutrition Ltd.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed through Shopify's infrastructure.

Prize

The stated prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families. One entry per person. Entries made on behalf of another person or in bulk will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter.

How to Enter

Entry methods and any additional entry actions will be stated within the promotion. Entry is free beyond any standard data costs from your network provider.

Opening and Closing Dates

The opening and closing dates for each promotion will be stated within the promotion. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Winner Selection

One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within seven days of the closing date using a random selection method.

Notification and Claim

The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw using the contact details supplied at entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Data

Personal data supplied on entry is processed by the promoter to administer the promotion and, where you have opted in, to send marketing communications. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Platform Disclaimer

Promotions run by No Hype Nutrition Ltd are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Any information you provide is submitted to No Hype Nutrition Ltd, not to any platform.

General

By entering, you accept these terms. The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary owing to circumstances outside its control. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All promotions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Pre-Launch Giveaway (closes 31 July 2026)

The pre-launch giveaway opened on publication of the password page at www.nohypenutrition.com and closes on 31 July 2026 at 23:59 GMT. The prize is one twelve-month supply of The Daily Foundation, delivered as one 180-capsule bottle per month for twelve consecutive months.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time where permitted by law, including where these Terms are breached, fraudulent activity is suspected, or misuse of the Services occurs.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, governing law, and other provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights under UK law.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, No Hype Nutrition Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of savings, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Hype Nutrition Ltd and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers may bring proceedings in:

• Scotland — Scottish courts

• Northern Ireland — Northern Irish courts
